Sea Life by Simon Schrikker

Simon works in thick daubs of oil paint that are slathered on top of each other to evoke the murky, tempestuous depths of the ocean and the tentacle-y tenants that inhabit it. Along with some of their big, bitey friends, Simon creates an eery effect with the oils, appearing to drip off the flesh and truly representative of the alien-like world beneath the waves.
